Shipping Policy

 PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE ONLY SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES AT THE PRESENT TIME

All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The length of time it will take to arrive depends on several factors.Orders generally ship within 3-4 business days.  Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders. Personalized, engraved, and custom orders will take at least 7 days. Custom orders, or products originating internationally can take up to 21 days. Your order confirmation will give you an estimated delivery date. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Certain large products that ship directly from the manufacturer will incur rates according to the size and weight of the packaging. We will provide that information and, where possible, we will provide discounts on the products to offset the shipping costs.

RUSH SERVICES

If you need an order rushed, please email us at hello@LaDolceEnt.com so that we can expedite your order, based on the manufacturers’ inventory and policies. There will be additional shipping charges for the courier service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) selected.

In some cases, products may be insured due to the price of the item. As such, we may opt to pass along that charge to the customer but will notify you first.

Shipments are processed Monday-Saturday.
