LaDolce Enterprises, LLC, doing business as LaDolce Petz, will exchange or provide a store credit if your merchandise is returned to us and received within 15 days from the date of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE:  some of our products have a 15% restocking fee when freight is prepaid. This is noted within the product description.

Please email us at: hello@LaDolceEnt.com for a return authorization number and to ensure that it is not a final sale item. After 15 days, all sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not provide free shipping or handling for merchandise returns.

LaDolcePetz.com requests that merchandise be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice or packing slip along with your reason for return.

Do not mark an item “Return to Sender” as it will go to a shipping warehouse and the return cannot be processed. We must receive the item to process a refund or exchange.

Please note that certain items, especially personalized products, are non-refundable and non-returnable. These items are noted as such on our site. We stress the importance of measuring your pet according to the size charts provided.

In some cases, products may be shipped from warehouses in international locations. These items are always non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, damaged products will be replaced or refunded upon return of the damaged goods.

Personalized items such as, but not limited to, name engravings cannot be returned unless received incorrectly or damaged. They require prior authorization for the return.

Items returned without a return authorization number, past 15 days, or not in original condition cannot be honored.

 Once an order is in the system, the fulfillment process is automated. Cancelation or modification of the order is very difficult. While we will do our best to assist you, once the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or modify the order. In such cases, it becomes the customer's responsibility to return the package, if it complies with our Refund & Exchange Policy. In either case, do contact us either through the website or at Hello@LaDolceEnt.com. We will work with you.

Average processing time is 2-3 days and Shipping Time is 4-7 days

Certain shipments are  5-7 business days for processing and 8-14 days for shipping. These are typically shipments that originate internationally.
