We are located in Atlanta, Georgia and our products ship from our warehouses located in the USA. Certain products may ship from international locations; they are noted with the description.

How Do I Know What Size Clothes to Order?

For dog apparel, the chest measurement is always the most important as well as the weight. If your dog is in between sizes, it is always better to size up.

Our size charts are located on the product page. It is very important that you refer to each and every size chart for specific measurements for each brand varies.

  • Back: Measure the length of your pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
  • Neck: Measure the circumference of your pet's neck for as snug of a fit as you would like to have.
  • Chest: Measure the girth around the broadest part of your pet's chest.  

How Do I Know What Size Bed to Order?

We provide the dimensions for our pet beds along with the recommended weight of your pet. Please refer to the specifications to assure your pet will have an enjoyable and comfortable bed.

What is Eco-Friendly MemoryFiber?

Our memory fiber is a green, high loft 100% recycled fiber. One pound of the fill diverts 20 plastic bottles from ending up in a landfill.

Do You Have Beds for Senior Pets?

We provide a variety of beds in many shapes, sizes and fill options to accommodate each pet’s uniqueness. For senior pets we recommend the supportive medical-grade orthopedic foam inserts. They are noted in the descriptions.

Where Are Your Products Made?

Our beds are sourced and made in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Italy by long-standing, reliable manufacturing and distributing partners. Some of our pet clothing and other items are also sourced from China.

Where do you ship and when can we expect delivery?

At this time La Dolce Petz only ships to the continental United States.

  • Due to logistics, parts of your order may ship separately. You will be updated as each part of your order goes out for delivery if your items are coming from different warehouses. 
  • Orders are processed Monday - Saturday. Products typically ship within 1 - 2 business days from our warehouses located in the United States and typically arrive within - 10 days (via USPS) after leaving the warehouse. A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. 
  • Orders that require expedited shipping (UPS, FedEx or DHL) will incur additional shipping charges.

Please allow for additional time during holidays and for personalized items. If an item is made to order, it will be specified on the product page. 

How Can I Have My Item Personalized?

Styles that can be personalized with a pet’s name or nickname will be noted in the description. You can personalize up to 7 letters for a $10 fee. Personalized items cannot be returned unless we personalized incorrectly.

Do You Provide Free Shipping?

Certain large products that ship directly from the manufacturer will incur rates according to the size and weight of the packaging. We will provide that information and, where possible, we will provide discounts on the products to offset the shipping costs. All other products have a flat shipping rate of $5.00.
